40 young people living together worldwide and working to push ideas to companies.
My name is Tijn Hoyng, founder of Je m’appelle Company. When I was working in Silicon Valley as a designer, I lived in a house with other young professionals; a developer from Shazam, Stanford professors and sales people from Palo Alto. It blew my mind how much we accomplished together through the intrinsic motivation and collective intelligence that resulted when the different expertises combined. That's when I decided that if I went back to The Netherlands, I would continue this way of living. After years of research and pitching the idea for investors, I found the right location in Amsterdam; a newly renovated building that is now the home and workspace to 25 young professionals.
Next step. We accomplished what we set out to in Amsterdam; creating a worldwide network of the young people that live and companies that work together. Now it is time to expand, not only to give this experience to others, but also to work everywhere in the world. We look for representatives per city -where our people already work- and designating a team to each city.
Projects. The people of Je m’appelle living and working around the world tackling major challenges on architecture, deep code and digital design. For example, running a nightclub in Amsterdam, creating an algorithm to find potentials in real estate or work for clients such as Adidas, Philips and Magic Leap
We put our people in the field - After pitching the right moves, we send our people into the field to work directly with our customers—realizing our products, integrating their data, optimizing their workflows and producing operational results in weeks, not years. We help customers get the most out of our products and engineering expertise.
